Polish Television Holding B.V. (“PTH”), formerly Strateurop International B.V., is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands and is an wholly owned indirect subsidiary of ITI Holdings.
PTH on 19 November 2010 issued EUR 260million 11.25% Senior Notes maturing in May 2017 (“PTH Senior Notes”). The PTH Senior Notes are secured by a pledge on 180,355,430 registered shares in TVN S.A. (TVN Group).
The Senior Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and are rated by Standard & Poors with B-.
