It depends on the job description and it usually includes such elements, which require candidates to demonstrate their competences in real life situations. During the recruitment process candidates may be asked to perform the following tasks:

  • to give a presentation on some topic
  • to take part in a sales or managerial role play
  • to perform in front of a camera
  • to solve analytical tests
  • to solve a case study.

Candidates’ references are being checked during the recruitment process, however it is pre-agreed with candidates who to contact.
