12.12.2006 - OnetRebtel, free of charge international calls for three months!
Onet.pl has a special present to Polish internet users: A three month free trial period for its OnetRebtel service - Onet Rebtel means international calls at local rates. Following the free trial period, OnetRebtel will be available for a weekly subscription fee of PLN 3 (equivalent of USD 1)enabling unlimited number of international call at the cost of a local connection. In September this year, Grupa Onet.pl SA and Rebtel Networks AB signed a long-term cooperation agreement leading to the launch of OnetRebtel on 19.09.2006. 12.12.2006 - MGM, Poland's first High Definition movie channel is available now on the "n", the digital platform.
On 07.12.2006, MGM Networks, a division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and "n", the ITI Group's digital platform have launched the MGM Channel. It is the first movie channel broadcasting in Poland in high-definition. The MGM Channel in Poland offers an exquisite selection from MGM's film library, one of the world's largest movie libraries. The new channel features movies covering various genres and eras including such renowned titles as Raging Bull, Midnight Cowboy, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Coming Home, Network, Manchurian Candidate. The MGM library is also a source of movies from top directors inter alia Woody Allen, Brian DePalma, Spike Lee, John William Friedkin and Robert Altman, featuring some of Hollywood's all time stars such as Robert De Niro, Jane Fonda, Gene Hackman, Steve McQueen or Reese Witherspoon. Polish language MGM channel is available exclusively on "n", the digital platform.

04.12.2006 - "Buy a teddy bear" and support the TVN Foundation Christmas charity campaign.
"Buy a teddy bear for your beloved one and help people in need", reads the slogan of one of the most beautiful campaign from TVN Foundation "nie jestes sam". Between December 4 and 31,a limited edition of 3'600 teddy bears, designed by children and produced by the worldwide famous teddy bear designer, Barbara Bukowska, are available at the "Forget-me-Not Bukowski Design" stores all over the country (www.kupmisia.pl). The teddy bears are priced PLN 50 each. The Funds raised from the sale of these extraordinary teddy bears are to cover the costs of medical treatment of seriously ill children supported by the TVN Foundation. The campaign is supported by the television channels: TVN and TVN Style as well as Polish celebrities such as: Joanna Brodzik, Szymon Majeski, Bogdan Rymanowski, Katarzyna Cichopek, Tomasz Kot, Kinga Rusin, Zbigniew Luczynksi and others.

08.11.2006 - TVN S.A. announced excellent financial results for the third quarter 2006.
TVN S.A. announced very strong operational and financial results for the third quarter 2006. TVN's prime time audience share in its key target group increased to a record 27.9%
up from 25.2% in the corresponding period of 2005. The station's net revenues increased by 24% to PLN 215 million up from PLN 173 million in the corresponding period of 2005, its operating profit increased by 29% to PLN 36 million and EBITDA increased by 29% to PLN 50 million. On 20.10.2006 TVN completed the squeeze-out process for minority shareholders in Grupa Onet following which TVN increased its holding in Grupa Onet to 100%. In October TVN recorded its best monthly audience share results since its launch in 1997. TVN was the only television channel out of the four main channels to increase its audience share results during the month of October when compared to the previous year (according to AGB Nielsen Media Research for whole population). In the same month TVN launched two new thematic channels: TVN Lingua and TVN Med. TVN's continued good operating performance in 2006 resulted in the upgrade of its long-term corporate credit rating to 'Ba3' from 'B1' by Moody's Investor Service.

20.10.2006 - TVN Med - the pioneering educational channel dedicated to medical doctors starts broadcasting
The ITI Group launched yesterday TVN Med, the World's first educational platform designed for medical doctors. TVN Med is a 24-hour broadcast and internet channel dedicated to the medical profession. The purpose of TVN Med is to provide doctors with comprehensive knowledge and up to date information from the medicine field. This initiative will enable doctors in Poland to fulfill their professional development duty on highest standards, free of charge and using the newest technologies. TVN Med is the first medium, which received accreditation of the Polish Chamber of Physician and Dentists enabling the channel to conduct educational activities and award doctors with a certain number of educational points. The training conducted by TVN Med has an interactive character and takes a full advantage of the possibilities provided by digital television, internet and mobile telephony. Together with the television channel the professional internet portal www.tvnmed.pl is offered to the viewers. The programming offer of TVN Med is created under the supervision of the Programming Board which consists of the top managers in the most important institutions involved in the medical education in Poland. 17.10.2006 - The ITI Group has launched its next thematic channel - TVN Lingua
Yesterday, the ITI Group launched TVN Lingua, Poland's first 24-hour channel directed to viewers who want to learn a foreign language or improve their language skills. The programming offer tailors for both the needs of beginners and advanced learners. TVN Lingua introduces most effective education tools - by combining learning and entertainment. In the programming offer, which consists of own and foreign productions, education and entertainment are combined to maximize the learning effect. In the beginning the channel will broadcast only English language courses, however TVN Lingua plans to expand the offer to include German, French, Italian and Spanish. The program is created with leading language experts: the Language Centre Berlitz and Oxford University Press. TVN Lingua will be available exclusively through the digital platform “n”.

22.09.2006 - "n", the new generation television to roll-out on 12 October 2006

The ITI Group presented today "n" its new generation television offering set to launch on 12 October 2006. "n" is the synonym for a simple and user friendly system and will soon become part of the ITI Group leading brand family. The "n" programming offer is divided into 7 different thematic packages: "information & entertainment", "styles, fashion, music", "kids", "cinemax", "sport and motoring", "culture, science, world" and "blockbusters". The "information & entertainment" package, consisting of more than 200 of the most popular general entertainment and news channels of both international and Polish origin such as TVN and TVN 24, will be free of charge to "n"'s clients. The cost of one package will range from PLN 10 to PLN 16 per month depending on the package chosen. "n" will be the first platform offering three channels which will broadcast in HD standard, namely: ITI Group's in-house Sport channel, Discovery HD and the Hollywood film channel. Discovery History, which will be co-produced with TVN is a novelty among the thematic channels in Poland. "n" television will offer its clients two types of set top-boxes one standard box or one premium box, which will feature a hard disc of 250MB, allowing the subscribe to Video on Demand respectively record directly on the Set-Top Box.

12.09.2006 - The Champions League and the UEFA Cup exclusive on ITI Group's digital platform.
The ITI Group acquired the rights to broadcast the majority of the matches of the current Champions League tournament which is to begin today. The First matches will be broadcast by TVN Turbo within its promotional free slot. Later on, the Champions League will be broadcast by the ITI Group sport channel on its digital platform. Champions League live webcasts are aslo available online from Onet.pl through its paid service: ligamistrzow.onet.pl. ITI Neovision, the company handling the launch of the digital platform has also secured the rights to the matches of the UEFA Cup. Under the terms of the 3-year agreement the sports channel will initiate the coverage of the UEFA Cup matches with the start of the spring quarter-finals. The sport channel, scheduled to launch at the end of September, will also broadcast the Super Cup match.

04.09.2006 - FON and Onet to develop a WiFi community network in Poland.
Onet, Poland's leading Internet portal and FON, the largest WiFi community in the World have launched Onet FON. FON and Onet.pl entered into a strategic partnership to jointly develop products and services for the Polish market. 24.08.2006 - TVN announced its autumn schedule.
Many popular shows and series such as "Taniec z gwiazdami", "Magda M" or the political show - "Teraz My", will continue on the TVN channel as of September. The station will in addition introduce a number of new programs. The "Kuba Wojewodzki" show, which will air on Sunday evenings may well be TVN's biggest autumn surprise. The "Kuba Wojewodzki" show has been broadcast by Polsat since 07.09.2003. TVN will maintain the title and the form of this popular show. Among the new propositions are also "Hela w opalach", the Polish version of the popular American sitcom "Grace under fire" and the reality show, "Superniania", based on the American hit television format, "Supernanny" . In October, TVN will introduce a new talk show "Dwururka" hosted by the two outstanding personalities Kazimiera Szczuka and Wojtek Jagielski.

10.08.2006 - Strong performance of TVN Group and very good operating results of Grupa Onet in the first half of 2006.
TVN S.A. announced very good financial results for the first half of 2006 with the net profit of PLN 85 million exceeding market expectations. Net revenues of TVN increased by 42% to PLN 309 million in the first half of 2006 up from PLN 210 million and EBITDA increased by 50% to PLN 138 million from PLN 92 million in the corresponding period of 2005. TVN's thematic channels, in particular TVN24, TVN Turbo and ITVN also performed very well, improving on both audience share and profitability. The acquisition of Onet, completed on 31 July 2006 will strengthen the position of TVN Group as the leading media group, allowing to exploit content across all platforms. The first half of 2006 was also another period of very dynamic development for Grupa Onet, which reported strong operating results. Its consolidated revenues rose by 45,6% amounting PLN 57,8 million in the first half of 2006 and the operational profit increased by 25% in comparison with the corresponding period of 2005.

05.07.2006 - ITI is to launch its own sport channel.
ITI Neovision, the company which will operate the ITI Group digital platform, applied to the KRRiTV, the Polish Media Council for a broadcasting license for a sport channel. The new channel will have an informative profile and will apply programming solutions which proved to work well for TVN24. Its programming offer will include among others the UEFA Champions League. Grzegorz Plaza, head of the TVN24 and TVN Turbo sport editorial department, has been appointed to manage the new channel. The Sport channel will be available in HD (high definition) format on the ITI digital platform to launch in autumn.

03.07.2006 - Elton John to star at the TVN Sopot Festival 2006.
Elton John will be the star of this year, 43rd International Sopot Festival, hosted at the Sopot Forest Opera House between 1st and 3rd of September. On the first day of the festival a number of Polish and International artists will compete for the "The Amber Nightingale" and "The Audience Nightingale" awards. A gala concert including the performance by Elton John will take place on the second day of the Sopot Festival. The third and final day of the festival brings back history and memories of previous festivals, bringing back on stage the stars and highlights of previous Sopot Festivals such as Helena Vondrackova, Drupi, Karel Gott and Demis Roussos. TVN, the organizer of the Sopot festival, assures that the event will provide three exciting days of an excellent music and great entertainment.

28.06.2006 - ITI Group announced further details on the launch of Poland's new generation digital platform.
ITI Group announced yesterday the details on the launch of its new generation digital platform scheduled for autumn. The ITI Group digital platform is to change the way Polish consumers watch and experience television. Some of the channels on offer will broadcast in HD (High Definition) and in Dolby Digital sound format bringing the cinema experience home. The set-top boxes for the ITI Group digital platform feature the latest technology and are equipped with a PVR (personal video recorder) with a hard-drive storage of 250 GB, enable VoD (video on demand), an option to select a program or movie from the content available on the platform and in a later stage Internet access will be added. Introducing the newest technology, the new platform will be well priced and remain user-friendly. It will be the third platform available after Cyfra+ and Polsat Cyfrowy but the only one offering the state of the art technology.

21.06.2006 - Standard & Poor's raised its long-term rating on TVN.
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term corporate credit rating on TVN to 'BB-' from 'B+'. At the same time, Standard & Poor's raised its senior unsecured debt rating on the TVN Group to 'B+' from 'B'. The outlook is stable and reflects TVN's good financial and operating performance over the past year. Additionally, Standard & Poor's evaluated positively TVN's take over of the Internet portal Onet.pl assuming such a synergy will result in value creation increase in the future.

13.06.2006 - TVN is planning to launch a new thematic channel, TVN Lingua.
On 12.06.2006, TVN S.A. applied to the KRRiTV, the Polish Media Council for a broadcasting license for its new thematic channel TVN Lingua. TVN Lingua, which will be the first language channel in Poland, is a further example of ITI Group's pioneering approach in media business. TVN Lingua will feature a mix of education and entertainment programs produced both locally and abroad, targeting viewers who want to broaden their knowledge and language skills at the same time in an interesting and entertaining way.

07.06.2006 - The 2006 FIFA World Cup on TVN24.
TVN24 is well prepared for the 2006 FIFA World Cup tournament beginning this Friday. The station will broadcast a special edition of its magazine, "Szklo kontaktowe" ("Lens") directly from Germany, where Grzegorz Miecugow and Tomasz Sianecki will present the latest news and events in and outside the sporting venues. TVN24 "Studio Mundialowe" magazine, will be broadcast every day at midnight and will provide daily briefings, match highlights, scores overview and comments. The most important matches as well as all the matches of the Polish team will be accompanied by a live broadcast in the Lazienkowska stadium, with TVN24 having established a on the spot studio, where sport journalists and guests will watch and comment the match. In addition TVN24's daily sport magazine will provide the latest information from the FIFA World Cup stadiums including commentary by TVN24 correspondents in Germany.

07.06.2006 - In May TVN recorded significantly stronger audience share results than in the corresponding period last year.
In May 2006, the top shows broadcast on TVN included its biggest entertainment show "Taniec z Gwiazdami"; information and current affairs programs like Fakty, series like "Na Wspólnej" and "Kryminalni" and docu crimes like "W-11 Wydział Śledczy". The top movies included "The Glimmer Man and Rush Hour". Eight out of ten top shows, broadcast on TVN, were locally produced and also included "The Szymon Majewski Show", "Uwaga" and "Pod Napięciem". This translated in May 2006 into the following results: TVN channel achieved on an all day nationwide basis audience share of 16.7% compared to 15.2% in the corresponding period of 2005. The TVN Group achieved an all day nationwide audience share of 20.7% compared to 18.5% in May 2005. In May 2006 the TVN key target group prime time audience share increased to 30.9% compared to 26.4% in May 2005. The TVN Group key target audience share increased to 36.6% from 31.1% in the corresponding period of 2005.

23.05.2006 - The 2006 FIFA World Cup live in Multikino!
Multikino is the only Polish cinema operator to host the most exciting matches of the upcoming World Cup tournament on a big screen. 22.05.2006 - TVN Foundation "nie jestes sam" co-organized the third edition of charity campaign "Restoring hope".
On 21.05.2006 TVN Foundation closed this year charity campaign "Odnawiamy nadzieje" ("Restoring Hope") aimed at collecting funds for the renovation of the Child Health Center Poland's largest children's hospital. The Foundation will support the renovation of the Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Immunology departments. As in previous years, the campaign was a joint action carried out together with the foundation of Jolanta Kwasniewska, "Porozumienie bez barier" ("Communication without barriers"). The final event took place in the Child Health Center premises and was attended by several TVN stars and celebrities. Jolanta Kwasniewska and Bozena Walter appeared as special guests on TVN's channel covering the whole event hosting several live broadcasts during the day. Both previous campaigns, conducted in 2003 and 2004, generated funds of PLN 12 mln, this year contribution in favour of the Child Health Center amounted to PLN 2'497'694.

16.05.2006 - Grupa Onet announces good operating results for the first quarter of 2006.
The first quarter of 2006 was a consecutive period of very dynamic development of Grupa Onet, especially in its key area of operations - Onet.pl portal. Consolidated sales revenues rose to PLN 23.7 mln showing a 41% increase in comparison to the corresponding period in 2005. Cash revenues in its key area marketing services increased by 56,6% increase (by PLN 5.4 mln) when compared to the first quarter of 2005. Grupa Onet achieved a 32.9% cash EBITDA of PLN 6.4, while cash EBITDA margin was 31.8% in the first quarter of 2006 compared to 32.5% last year. Consolidated operational profit of Grupa Onet increased by 87.8% to PLN 3.8 mln compared to PLN 2.0 mln in the corresponding period of 2005. Both, a leading position on the Polish multimedia market and the good finance results confirm the strategic positioning of Grupa Onet and are a promising prospect for its further dynamic development in the era of multimedia and mobile technologies.

15.05.2006 - TVN announced excellent operating and finance results for the first quarter of 2006.
TVN recorded the key target group prime time audience share increase to 35% compared to 31% in the corresponding period of 2005. The best audience share results in the eight years history of the station. TVN's revenues increased by 22% to PLN 236 million. Its EBITDA increased to PLN 78 million from PLN 66 million in the first quarter of 2005. Operating profit increased 22% to PLN 68 million, while net profit increased by 40% to PLN 49 million. TVN's outstanding results resulted in the change of outlook for the company from the stable to positive by Moody's Investor Services. TVN associates its success with its consistent programming strategy, increased investments in local production and very well planned spring schedule.

Grupa Onet.pl announces the incorporation of DreamLab. DreamLab Onet, a wholy owned subsidiary, will become the research and development unit of Grupa Onet.pl, focusing on the design and implementation of new Internet and mobile applications as well as software development for onet.pl, Poland's largest Internet portal. The Board of Grupa Onet.pl believes that dedication of resources for the development of tailormade IT solutions for the Internet and digital channels will allow for an efficient management and exploitation of the respective know-how and competences. 24.04.2006 - Legia opens its Museum in Warsaw as part of the Club's 90th anniversary celebrations.
On 21.04.2006, the Legia's museum opening ceremony took place on the Club's premises at Lazienkowska street. At the ceremony a memorial plaque was unveiled to honor Jozef Pilsudski, the founder of the Polish Legions, the Polish army unit which football team became Legia club. The memorial plaque was unveiled by Pilsudski's granddaughter, Joanna Onyszkiewicz. An attraction of the ceremony was a match between "two Legia teams", one team consisting of players in Legia's current uniforms and the other team being dressed to resemble Legia players as they looked in 1916. Legia's jubilee celebration bears a special logo bringing up the tradition of 1916 will appearing on the shirts of the first team until the end of the year. The newly opened Legia museum features memorabilia as T-shirt examples since the beginning of the club, trophies, diploma, photos and shoes of the most popular players.

As of 08.04.2006 TVN24 introduced "Business From Each Side" a new program on economics, a magazine produced jointly by the journalists of TVN24 Business and Forbes Polska. "Business From Each Side" targets a broad audience ranging from businessmen, to middle to top management and to high net worth individuals. The program consists of four separate sections, two of which are dedicated to current finance and economy related subjects, one is build based on an article just published or about to be published by the Forbes magazine and one is a lifestyle section. Karol Poznanski is the host of "Business From Each Side", Arkadiusz Gdula of TVN 24 is its editor-in-chief and Kazimierz Krupa of Forbes manages and coordinates the editorial process.

12.04.2006 - Onet.pl introduces new technologies enhancing successful online advertising.
Onet.pl launched three new solutions - enhanced frequency capping, an automatic campaign optimization and exclusive ad distribution tool, maximizing the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns. The enhanced frequency capping allows advertisers not only to define the rate of advertising exposure for the whole campaign but also allows to define the minimal time intervals between such exposure. The automatic campaign optimization tool is useful when the campaign makes use of more than one creative. It allows a click tracking for each particular creative and to automatically select those creatives with the highest click rate to optimize the campaign effectiveness. The exclusive ad distribution guarantees the advisers that their ads will not be displayed against the competitors' announcements during the same page views.

04.04.2006 - Best quarter in the history of TVN.
TVN post best ever audience share results in the first quarter of 2006 since its launch eight years ago. TVN, with its coverage of 85% of Polish households, achieved on an all day basis a nationwide audience share of 16.4% and of 24.6% in its key target group (people aged 16 to 49, living in cities above 100.000 inhabitants). In March TVN recorded a key target group prime time (7 pm - 11 pm) audience share of 33.1%. TVN's success in the first quarter of 2006 has been secured by the record audience share results achieved by such entertainment shows and series as "Taniec z gwiazdami", "Kryminalni", Niania", Magda M and "W-11".

28.03.2006 - FRYDERYK 2005 Awards exclusively on Onet.pl
On 30.03.2006, Onet.pl will announce this year's winners of the FRYDERYK, the most prestigious award in the Polish music industry given by the Association of Producers of Phonograms and Videograms. In the exclusive Internet transmission, using the newest multimedia technology, Onet.pl will present the official results of voting of the Phonographic Academy. The FRYDERYK awards, which come in over 20 pop, classical music and jazz related categories, were first presented in 1995. Since its release on 20.01.2006, "Just love me", a romantic comedy co-produced by TVN attracted 1'622'057 viewers and proved to be more successful than TVN's previous co-production movie, "Nigdy w zyciu!" ("Never in my Life!"). Both films were directed by Ryszard Zatorski. "Just love me" stars Agnieszka Dygant, the famous "Niania", a title character in the Polish version of the popular American sitcom "The Nanny", Maciej Zakoscielny, known from TVN's series "Kryminalni" and Agniszka Grochowska.

13.03.2006 - Bajka to host "Oskariada 2006", the International Film Festival.
The 5th International Film Festival "Oskariada" will be hosted between the 18th and 26th of March at the Bajka Cinema -Theater in Warsaw. Oskariada aims at popularization of an independent cinema among the young audience in Poland and promoting talented filmmakers from all over the world. The contestants come from Poland, Germany, France, Turkey, Sweden, Norway, Argentina, UK and the USA. Besides the contest presentations, Oskariada 2006 program includes screenings of films nominated for the "OFFskar Award", the Polish independent cinema award as well as further events such as special screenings, film workshops and conferences. The Oskariada is organized by the "Filmforum" Association, the CINEMA Film Magazine, the Independent Filmmakers Federation, Bajka Cinema-Theater, Warsaw Film School and the Independent Student Association of Warsaw School of Economics.

08.03.2006 - Moody's changed the outlook of TVN to positive.
Moody's Investor Services revised its outlook for TVN S.A. from stable to positive. TVN S.A.'s corporate rating is B1 with outlook positive. The upgrade of the outlook reflects TVN Group strong operational performance over the past year evidenced by year-on-year revenue growth of 20% and substantial EBITDA margin improvement. Moody's underlined that in addition to its outstanding finance results TVN consequently strengthens its position of a leader on the Polish television market.

07.03.2006 - TVN and its Foundation "nie jestes sam" have been honoured with a title "For a Child's Better Future".
The Ombudsman for Children Poland awarded the TVN Foundation "nie jestes sam" ("you are not alone") and TVN with the "For Child's Better Future" title. The honorary certificates were presented during the ceremony which took place in the premises of the Polish Press Agency (PAP) on 27.02.2006. Among the laureates were individuals, organizations and media, focusing on support and welfare programs for children.

01.03.2006 - Presentation of the Legia team marks the opening of the Club's 90th Anniversary Ceremony.
On 28.02.2006 in the Warsaw Torwar Hall Legia Warszawa presented its team to fight for the title of Polish Champion in the coming spring round. The presentation of the team was followed by a performance of Polish rap artists and the Legia fans' favorite dance group, Hasao. The gala evening featured a short documentary on Legia's history and the highlights of the last autumn round. A great attraction to the fans was the opportunity to talk to and obtain the autographs of the players. 2'926 tickets were sold for this event and the entire profit was donated to the costs of the medical treatment of two seriously ill Legia fans. SEAT and Krolewskie, the Polish beer producer were main sponsors of the event.

21.02.2006 - TVN announced very good results for the year 2005.
2005 was a successful year for TVN. The station managed to increase its audience share in the key target group in prime time to a new record of 32%. TVN's 2005 EBITDA margin of 34% is significantly higher than in 2004 and revenues increased by 20% to PLN 860 million. At the same time TVN performed very well on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and saw its share price appreciate by 99%. TVN was ranked the third best performing Polish public company by "Puls Biznesu" and it was recognized as the company with the highest standards of corporate governance in the 2005 survey from "Parkiet". TVN's autumn schedule turned to be the best in the history of the station, launched with the three day music festival Sopot, it featured both successful shows from previous seasons, for example "Taniec z gwiazdami", a local version of BBC format (originally titled "Strictly Come Dancing") or the daily docu-crime series "W-11" and some new drama series such as "Madga M", the TVN "law" series and "Niania", the Polish version of the popular American sitcom "The Nanny".

08.02.2006 - Kamil Durczok, one of Poland's most popular television journalists will join Fakty.
Kamil Durczok will as of May 2006 host Fakty, TVN's main news show and become Fakty's editor-in-chief. Durczok is Poland's most popular television journalist and the winner of several awards such as Wiktory, Telekamery, Journalist of a Year, Media Personality of a Year. According to a survey conduced by the "New Day" magazine Kamil Durczok has been recognized as the most credible television journalist, whereas Fakty has been acknowledged as the most credible news program. Fakty's popularity shows a continuous growth, as per AGB data in January 2006, Fakty attracted 424'000 viewers more than in the same month last year.

06.01.2006 - TVN announced its audience share data for the fourth quarter of 2005 and for the year 2005.
TVN channel achieved a record market share in both the fourth quarter and the year. In the fourth quarter of 2005 TVN channel achieved on an all day nationwide basis, audience share of 16.5%, compared to 15.0% in the corresponding period of 2004. In 2005 the all day nationwide audience share increased to 15.0% from 14.7% in 2004.
