09.12.2005 - TVN 24 and Onet.pl partner with the Financial Times.
TVN 24 and Onet.pl signed a content deal with the leading European finance newspaper, the Financial Times. In addition to mutual archive sharing, FT journalists will contribute to TVN 24's business news coverage by appearing
on air as commentators on business stories. Onet.pl obtained the right to use the FT.com content on its business pages.

06.12.2005 - The best autumn in the history of TVN.
In November the TVN channel achieved the best monthly audience share result in its history and for the first time in its 8 years of operations has beaten its main commercial competitor - Polsat, measured on the basis of the all day nationwide audience share. TVN's nationwide market share reached in November 16.9% compared to the 16.4% achieved by Polsat. TVN was also the most widely watched television channel in urban areas despite the fact that its coverage is limited to around 85%. The success underlines TVN's program strategy and line up.

30.11.2005 - Piotr Walter named Manager of the year 2005.
Piotr Walter, Chief Executive Officer of TVN S.A. was named Manager of the Year in the category "technologies, media and telecommunication (TMT)" based on the survey conducted by the "Manager Magazine". The survey acknowledged the achievements of managers of WSE listed companies, who "have the courage to take on big challenges".

25.10.2005 - Nearly 9 million Poles switched on TVN to watch the movie about the Pope last Thursday.
"Karol: A Man Who Became Pope" broadcast by TVN in two parts on Wednesday, 19.10.2005 and on Thursday, 20.10.2005 drew 8 and 9 million viewers respectively, securing a new TVN all day record audience share of 27,5% on the latter day. The film directed by Giacomo Battiato is a 4-hour chronicle of Karol Wojtyla's life before he became Pope.

19.10.2005 - TVN record audience share in September lifts up the broadcaster's third quarter financial results.
TVN announced yesterday that its record audience share achieved on the TVN channel in September positively impacted the financial results for the third quarter of 2005. TVN reported that demand for advertising space in September was stronger than initially expected, and the broadcaster expects third quarter 2005 to third quarter 2004 consolidated revenue growth of approximately 24% resulting in an EBITDA margin exceeding 20% in the third quarter 2005. These significant improvements are attributable to the strong performance of the TVN channel autumn schedule, which featured amongst others the Sopot festival and three new drama series, Magda M, Nanny and Anioł Stróż.

TVN Gra is a life, interactive, games-based entertainment channel targeted to active people who want to extend their general knowledge and like contests, quizzes and game shows. TVN Gra is a free-to-air channel available 24 hours a day via satellite, cable networks and digital platform Cyfra+.

06.09.2005 - Standard and Poors upgrades TVN's rating to B+.
Today S&P announced that it upgrades its corporate rating on TVN to B+, with a stable rating outlook, and that TVN's debt rating increased to single B. The rating upgrade by S&P comes on the back of TVN's strong financial performance and its improved debt ratios.

01.09.2005 - Grupa Onet achieved full control over Onet.pl by acquiring the 25% stake in Onet.pl for PLN 140 million from ITI Holdings.
Wojciech Kostrzewa, CEO and President of the ITI Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Onet.pl SA, stated: "One of our targets for 2006 is to increase the liquidity in Grupa Onet.pl's shares traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. To achieve this we, over the course of the first half of 2006, intend to offer to investors a part of the Grupa Onet.pl S.A. shares currently held by the ITI Group with the aim to increase the freefloat to a level of approximately 35-45%, whereby the controlling majority will remain with the ITI Group. Through acquisition by Grupa Onet.pl SA of the remaining 25% stake in Onet.pl SA, we made a big step towards simplification of Grupa Onet's structure that we have announced."

17.08.2005 - Multikino, Poland's first multiplex operator opened its eighth multiplex cinema in Elblag.
Multikino Elblag opened on 12 August 2005. Located in the shopping mall "Zielone Tarasy" its 6 modern auditoriums seat up to 1247 persons and are equipped with the latest plasma screen technology and Dolby Digital surround sound systems. Multikino Elblag like all the other Multikino multiplexes is to become more then just a cinema. It will host various events such as concerts, cabaret shows and live telecasts of sport events. Multikino Elblag can also serve as an excellent venue for conferences and workshops of various sorts, providing comfort, large screens and state-of-the-art conferencing equipment.

13.07.2005 - Legia won 2:1 over Bayer Leverkusen.
Legia Warszawa won 2:1 over Bayer Leverkusen, one of top clubs of the German Bundesliga, in a friendly game which took place on Tuesday, 12.07.2005 at Warsaw's stadium at Lazienkowska street. The game drew 10'000 spectators to the stadium and raised funds to support the "Orliki" project which scouts and promotes 10 year old football talents within Warsaw's football clubs. The game was sponsored by STOEN SA, a company of the RWE Group, the main sponsor of Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

TVN S.A. has been added to the WIG 20 index. The WIG 20 is Poland's lead index including the largest titles on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, next to continue to being included in the WIG Media Index.

17.06.2005 - TVN S.A. announces Share Buy Back Price.
TVN S.A. announced today that it offers to acquire up to 1,830,418 own shares at a price of PLN 65.30 per TVN S.A. share. The subscription period for the shares opens on 20 June 2005 and closes on 29 July 2005 with settlement expected on 13 August 2005. TVN will settle the share buy-back by payment of cash to all non-ITI shareholders and through partial non-cash redemption of the ITI Media Bond for the ITI shareholders.

26.04.2005 - The 20th annual Wiktor awards were presented.
Justyna Pochanke, TVN 24 and Szymon Majewski, TVN were among the Wiktor 2004 winners. Justyna Pochanke received the Wiktor as best news presenter whereas Szymon Majewski received the Wiktor for the "Television Discovery of the Year". The Wiktor awards - "the Polish Oscars" - are presented to TV's most popular television personalities in an annual event which has been held since 1985 and since 1992, winners are voted for by members of the Polish Television Academy.

06.03.2005 – Legia wins two 2005 Soccer Oscars.
Artur Boruc and Marcin Smolinski of Legia are among the 2005 Soccer Oscars winners! The Soccer Oscars event is sponsored by a Poland's leading pay television provider, Canal Plus and the Polish Football Association. Awards were presented to Artur Boruc as the "Best Goal Keeper" and Marcin Smolinski who was recognized as the "Discovery of the Year". The Soccer Oscar Gala took place on Sunday, 06.03.2005 in the Polish Theater premises in Warsaw.

01.03.2005 - TVN announced financial results for the year 2004.
Piotr Walter, Chief Executive Officer of TVN S.A., said: "In 2004 we achieved record revenues of PLN 717 million and net profits of PLN 196 million. With a revenue growth rate of 22% we outperformed the television advertising market as a whole, which grew by 7% on a net basis. 2004 has been an eventful year for us – we acquired TVN 24 in March, we were awarded a 10 year broadcasting licence in April, launched two new channels and after a successful IPO in November we entered the Warsaw Stock Exchange in early December."

22.02.2005 - OnetPlejer, Poland's largest e-music store and VideoAd - new on Onet.pl!
Onet.pl, Poland's largest internet portal launched the e-music store with the initial catalogue of some 200'000 titles. OnetPlejer's music catalogue and technology is provided by On Demand Distribution (OD2), Europe's leading distributor of on-line music. Promotional and marketing services are being carried by Coca Cola Poland Services.
