Player of the Year 2006 - Mariusz Walter, Executive Vice Chairman of the ITI Group has been recognized as Poland's leading entrepreneur in the media, telecommunication and IT sector based on a survey conducted by the Forbes magazine. Launched in 1997 and initially headed by Mariusz Walter TVN is today Poland's leading private television broadcaster operating 11 channels. In 2006 TVN showed outstanding operating and financial results, launched two thematic channels (TVN Med and TVN Lingua) and merged Poland's largest Internet portal Onet.pl into the TVN Group. The newly launched TVN thematic channels made their debut on "n" Poland's technologically most advanced digital platform. "n" has been launched by the ITI Group in October 2006. Further ITI Group laureates for the "Players of the Year 2006" include Wojciech Kostrzewa, President and CEO of the ITI Group, and Lukasz Wejchert, President of Grupa Onet. (December, 2006)

Grand Press 2006 - Tomasz Sekielski and Andrzej Morozowski, hosts of TVN's "Teraz My" named "Journalist of the Year 2006". The award recognizes professionalism and ethics in journalism. Sekielski and Morozowski are also laureates of the Grand Press award in the category "news" for revealing the "Beger tapes". Additional awards were presented to Daniel Zielinski of TVN Superwizjer, for his documentary "Kardiochirurg bet serca" ("Cardiac surgeon with no heart") and Roman Mlodkowski in the category "specialized journalism" for his show "Firma" dedicated to setting up a diving school. The Grand Press awards cover a range of categories, from printed stories to radio and TV reporting, the survey is conducted by the "Press" magazine. (December, 2006)

Leader of the Year 2006 in Health Care - TVN Foundation "nie jestes sam" was awarded by one of the most prestigious contests within the medical sector the "Success of the Year in Health Care" title issued by the Health Manager magazine in cooperation with Termedia, the medical publishing house. "Only fish don't bite" - Daniel Zielinski, TVN journalist was awarded during the 7th edition of anti- corruption contest conducted by The Stefan Batory Foundation in cooperation with Human Rights Watch. Daniel Zielinski was recognized as the best investigating journalist for his documentary - "Kardiochirurg bez serca" ("Cardiac surgeon with no heart") about a young doctor conspiring against the Head of the Bialystok Clinic. Zilinski was recognized for "taking a closer look at the affair, despite the general media condemning opinion, which resulted in revealing the real perpetrator, his motives and connections". The "Only fish don't bite" contest aims to support the investigating journalism in Poland. (December, 2006)

Webstar 2006 - Onet.pl has been awarded by Polish Internet users and received several prizes from The Internet Academy during the Webstarfestival promoting Poland's best internet websites. www.wiadomosci.onet.pl has been recognized as the best page in the category "News and Information" by Internet users. The Internet Academy, consisting of the most successful representatives of the Internet business, awarded the following services from Onet.pl: www.podroze.onet.pl, www.blog.onet.pl and www.skype.onet.pl in respective categories: "travel and tourism", "community" and "technology, useful electronics and communication". MARQA 2006 - TVN and Onet.pl for the third time in a row have been ranked as Poland's most valuable brands in a survey conducted by Rzeczpospolita daily in cooperation with Ernst & Young. TVN was awarded most valuable brand in the category "telecommunication, media, trade and services", whereas Onet.pl received the "MARQA 2006" title for having the strongest market position in its business sector based on consumers' preferences. The MARQA ranking focuses on Poland's best brands and whereby the strength of a brand is measured by its financial value. Other criteria taken into consideration are recognition, prestige, loyalty and other qualitative factors influencing a brand strength. (November, 2006)

Kisiel Award 2006 - Roman Mlodkowski, head of the TVN 24 business editorial team was recognized for "teaching people on economics" as host of programs such as "Bilans", "Fakty Ludzie Pieniadze" ("Facts, People, Money") and "Firma" ("Company"). Mlodkowski received the award in the category "Publicist". The Kisiel awards are given every year to three individuals selected among politicians, journalists and entrepreneurs in a survey conducted by the "Wprost" magazine. The award bears the name of the famous Polish columnist and writer, Stefan Kisielewski. (November 2006)

Satellite Platform of the Year 2006 - n has been recognized as the "Satellite Platform of the Year 2006" in a survey conducted by the Cable and Satellite Europe magazine. Maciej Sojka, Chief Executive Officer of ITI Neovision, has been named within the "Euro 50" an annual publication recognizing top players in the broadband and pay TV industry in Europe. Maciej Sojka was acknowledged for the very innovative approach and high technology level while launching n. The "Euro 50" list has been announced at the European Media Leaders Summit in London. Golden Bills 2006 - the award of Radio WAWA was presented to TVN for its successful entertainment format "Taniec z gwiazdami" ("Strictly Come Dancing"), which was recognized as the best television show in recent years and won the prize in the category "Event of the Year". Camera Obscura 2006 - TVN was awarded during the International edition of the Festival of TV Reportage CAMERA OBSCURA 2006. TVN won in the category "investigating reportage" for the Daniel Zielinski film "Kardiochirurg bez serca" ("Cardio surgeon with no heart"). The goal of the "Camera Obscura" festival is to recognize the best creators of TV reportage, presenting Europe, with its multicultural environment and complex reality of transformations and contrast, through the eyes of outstanding journalists and filmmakers and discussion over the image of contemporary Europe and world from the perspective of informational and medial culture of the beginning of 21st century. Manager of the Year 2006 - Piotr Walter, Chief Executive Officer of TVN S.A. and Maciej Sojka, Chief Executive Officer of ITI Neovision were awarded with the prestigious "HBO Manager of the Year 2006" award. Piotr Walter, came top in the category "Investments & Development", recognizing the consequence in developing and maintaining TVN Group's leading position on the Polish media market. Andrzej Woyciechowski Award - Tomasz Sekielski and Andrzej Morozowski, hosts of TVN’s "Teraz My” programme are this year’s laureates of the Andrzej Woyciechowski award. This journalistic award named after Andrzej Woyciechowski one of Poland's outstanding journalists and founder of Radio Zet. The TVN journalists received the award in recognition for their journalistic efforts in providing coverage on the issue of awarding General Wojciech Jaruzelski the Sibir Exile Cross. The Andrzej Woyciechowski award is given for outstanding journalism, which in significant degree changed Polish peoples lives and had an influence on their perception of the World. Financial Director of the Year 2006 - Karen Burgess Deputy President and CFO TVN awarded "Best Finance Director of the Year 2006". Karen Burgess came in first in a competition organized by “Manager Magazin” in cooperation with Euler Hermes Group. Karen Burgess was nominated for the strong debut of the TVN Group on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which shares tripled in value since IPO in December 2004. The increase was a result of the continuing rise in the TVN Group results. The competition is organized in order to choose and award the people who are Poland's best Finance Directors. HOT BIRD TV Award 2006 - TVN24 was presented the "HOT BIRD" award, the thematic satellite television channel awards are commonly referred to as a satellite television Oscars. TVN24 was awarded in the category "market dynamism" for its innovative production and technology. TVN24 was among 100 thematic digital channels from 15 nations competing for the awards presented in 11 categories to the best thematic channels transmitted by Hot Bird satellites. The HOT BIRD TV awards competition has been organized for 10 years by Eutelsat one of the leading satellite operators in cooperation with Eurovisioni, the international film and television festival. Business Leaders 2006 - Jan Wejchert, Executive Chairman of the ITI Group, has been named "Business Leader 2006" in a survey by the "Forbes" magazine. Jan Wejchert has been recognized for the consequence in developing and strengthening the position of the ITI Group, which he founded in 1984 together with Mariusz Walter. The founding shareholders were joined by Bruno Valsangiacomo in 1991 and Wojciech Kostrzewa in 2005. The ITI Group, since its start managed by Jan Wejchert is today Poland's leading media group, active in television broadcasting and production, multiplex cinema operations, home video and theatrical distribution, theatrical production, new media and football. Charlie's Blue Bowler Hat 2006 Award - programs from TVN and TVN 24 have been awarded during the 7th Humor Festival, which took place in Gdynia. TVN's "Szymon Majewski show" was awarded as "the funniest TV entertainment show" and "Taniec z gwiazdami" was recognized as the best "music-entertainment show with a smile". The audience award for the favorite entertainment show, based on Internet voting, was presented to "Szklo kontaktowe" ("Lens"), a satiric magazine of TVN 24. Premium Brand 2006 - TVN is among the brands recognized by consumers as having a strong reputation. The Premium Brand 2006 ranking was conducted by Millward Brown SMG/KRC, the marketing research company. The following criteria were used to determine the ranking: consumer trust and loyalty, prestige, good image, popularity and brand awareness, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and so called references, understood as consumer readiness to recommend the brand to the others. Reader's Digest European Trusted Brands 2006 - according to the results of the European Trusted Brands 2006 consumer survey two of ITI Group's brands - Onet.pl and TVN were among the brands acknowledged as most trustworthy by Poles. This is the sixth time in the case of Onet.pl and the fifth time in the case of TVN to be awarded the most trusted brand title. European Trusted Brands is a multi country study of consumer attitudes conducted annually by Reader's Digest magazin. This year research took place in 14 European countries. WSE Award - TVN was among the companies and brokerage houses awarded by the Chairman of Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) during the ceremony of the inauguration of the Exchange Year 2006. TVN was awarded as a WIG20 index company with the highest rate of return as the share price appreciated by 99% in 2005. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Poland's Prime Minister, Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Zyta Gilowska and other representatives of Polish finance market. Telekamery 2006 - TVN was the most successful station in 2005 winning five Telekamery: Ewa Drzyzga won the award in the social program category, Agnieszka Dygant was recognized as the best actress and Szymon Majewski won the award in the entertainment program category. TVN was also presented two Telekamery statues for its series: W-11 Wydział Sledczy and Kryminalni.
