BAZAR - TVN program "Attention!" was awarded during this year's 15th National Documentary Film Festival, BAZAR.Tomasz Patora was presented an award from the Bazar Civic Foundation in the category "docu-drama" for his documentary "Filipinas in Polish labor camp". Tomasz Patora was recognized for "unveiling of a slave labor camp in Poland and consistent commitment to help the victims." Additionally, in the same category the Bazar Award and as well as the Cup of Poznan Governor were presented to Agnieszka Michalska and Grzegorz Kuczek for their documentary "Non-recommendable catering" acknowledged for "uncompromising portrayal of a fraudulent businessman and a reminder that people can not be fed with lies." The BAZAR National Documentary Film Festival is being organized since 1996 aiming to recognize the best socio-economic programs and journalists in television. (June, 2010)

Wiktory 2010 - TVN 24 and TVN journalists Anita Werner and Ewa Ewart, as well as Kuba Wojewódzki hosting his own show on TVN, were among the winners of this year jubilee 25th Wiktory contest. Anita Werner won in the category "the best TV presenter". Ewa Ewart, the journalist and documentary producer of TVN24 was awarded for "creating the best news program". Kuba Wojewodzki was declared the "Television Personality". Wiktory, the awards of the Polish Television Academy consisting of Wiktor winners, are the oldest and most prestigious acknowledgment of the Polish television industry. Since 1885, each year the statuettes are presented to the most outstanding television personalities. (May, 2010)

Honorary Superwiktor 2010 - Jan Wejchert was posthumously awarded the Honorary Superwiktor, one of the oldest and most prestigious among Poland's television broadcasters. The Superwiktor statuette was presented to Jan Wejchert, the founder of the ITI Group, in recognition of his overall achievements. Jan Wejchert started his private business in the mid-seventies of the last century. In 1984 he founded the ITI Group, which he managed together with his close friends and business partners - Mariusz Walter and Bruno Valsangiacomo. Jan Wejchert died unexpectedly on 31 October 2009 at the age of 59. (May, 2010)

Ideal Employer 2010 - TVN was named the Ideal Employer in the Polish Student Survey. In the forth edition of the Universum Student Survey 2010 - measuring employers images - TVN ranked first in the "Business" and the "Humanities" categories, receiving the title "Perfect Employer 2010". Additionally TVN ranked 9th in the "IT" category. Universum Student Survey is an independent study conducted every year in 28 countries. Its aim is a detailed analysis of student's perception of the companies as employers and student's expectations and preferences toward their careers and professional development. 17 thousands respondents were surveyed in this years study. New York International Television & Film Awards Festival - TVN Warszawa was recognized to have the best on-air design in the world and awarded a Gold World Medal in the News Program Opener & Titles category during the New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards. The on-air design was created by Velvet Mediendesign GmbH. New York Festivals is international competition dedicated to both the TV and film industries. For 53 years the awards have been recognizing best practices in news, documentary, information and entertainment programming as well as in music videos, infomercials, promotion spots and openings. Media Trendy 2010 - Jan Wejchert, was honored with the special award, "Man of the Year" in the 10th edition of Media Trendy competition conducted by the Association of Advertising Agencies. Jan Wejchert, Mariusz Walter and Bruno Valsangiacomo founded the ITI Group in 1984. Development of Group's strategic companies, has led each of them to a leadership position on the Polish media market. Jan Wejchert died unexpectedly on 31 October 2009. The Man of the Year is an award for individuals who have a major impact on innovative developments in the Polish media. (April, 2010)

Media Trendy 2010 - TVN Warszawa has won two awards and a recognition in this year's Media Trendy competition. TVN Warszawa was awarded for innovation in the media in two categories "Debut of the Year" and "Best use of content" in its campaign "TVN Warszawa help drivers." The channel reported on construction, repairs and alterations works on the roads of Warsaw, and advises on how to avoid them. TVN Warszawa was also acknowledged for its program seeking new television personalities, "Get yourself on television". Additionally, TVN's entertainment show " You Can Dance. Just dance at the Prom" was recognized for its "Innovative promotion directed at a specific target group." The Media Trendy awards are given based on nominations by Polish media houses and media organizations. (April 2010)

Promax/BDA Europe Award - The spot promoting TVN's spring 2009 programming schedule has been acknowledged one of Europe's best on-air promotions. The Clip ranked silver in one of the most prestigious categories - "The Most Outstanding Promo of the Year". The spot was produced by TVN's On-Air Promotion Department (director - Maciej Szwabe, creative director - Robert Przyszlak, art director - Przemysław Kilichowski). Promax/BDA is the world's premier body bringing together promotion and marketing professionals working in electronic and broadcast media. Annual Promax/BDA Awards are regarded as the most prestigious awards for creative endeavor in this field. (April, 2010)

Crystal Antennas - Jan Wejchert was posthumously awarded a Honorary Crystal Antenna of Media World for his life-contribution to the media Polish market. The new generation television, n was awarded in the category "satellite solution" for introducing the "Turbodekoder HD" Poland's most advanced digital decoder . The awards were presented during the Gold Antennas Grand Gala event accompanying the 10th Telecommunication and Media World Symposium. The Crystal antennas are given to recognize people who contributed to the development of telecommunication, its related products and solutions in Poland, as well as to promote the Polish technical thought. Melchiory 2009 - Przemyslaw Wojciechowski, journalists with the TVN Superwizjer editorial team received an award in the category "inspiration of the year 2009" for his documentary, "Who's behind the games around Aleksander Guzowaty" . The award was given during the 6th Melchiory, the National Reporters Contest. The contest aims not only to integrate reporters representing different media but also to recognize their work, talent and knowledge. (March, 2010)

Saint Camillus Award - TVN Foundation "you are not alone" has been among this year's laureates of the Saint Camillus award. St. Camillus is the patron of the sick, hospitals and nurses. The TVN Foundation was recognized for its long-term engagement for children in need, as well for its unexceptional effectivity in realizing its projects and the promotion of humanitarian ideas. The Saint Camillus awards, given since 2007, are an initiative of the Camillian order and the Institute of Patient's Rights and Health Education. Awards are given on occasion The World Day of the Sick recognizing personalities and organizations contributing to development of the attitude of compassion, acceptance, and solidarity with those who suffer and their families. Ideal Employer 2009 - TVN Group received the Ideal Employer 2009 award. In the second edition of the survey conducted by the Polish professionals (Universum Professional Survey) TVN Group ranked first in the "Business" and the "Humanities" categories, receiving the Perfect Employer 2009 titles. Additionally, TVN Group ranked 7th in the "Science" category, and 8th in the "IT" category. Universum Professional Survey is an independent study conducted every year worldwide. Telekamery 2010 - TVN awarded 8 out of 16 "Telekamery 2010", Poland's most prestigious television awards. "Brzydula" ("Ugly Betty") series was acknowledged as best "foreign series adaptation", and its leading actors, Julia Kaminska and Filip Bobek were presented the Telekamery statuettes for the "best actress" and the "best actor". Among the entertainment shows, audience awarded TVN's "Mam Telent" ("I've got talent), and its host Szymon Majeswski was honored with the "Golden Telekamery" statuette. Telekamery awards were also presented to Anita Werner in the category "personality - news and current affairs", and to Dorota Gardias-Skora, who was recognized as the most popular weather presenter. TVN 24 was awarded as the best news and business channel. Telekamery awards are given by the Polish leading TV magazin "Tele Tydzien" whose readers select their favourite celebrities and television programs every year. (February, 2010)

Crystal Laurel for Skill and Competence - Father Adam Boniecki, chief editor of Tygodnik Powszechny, has been presented the "Crystal Laurel for Skill and Competence", the award from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice. The Laurels for Skill and Competences are given to outstanding managers, companies and organizations introducing the modern effective restructuring strategies to the market, as well as to moral authorities, and notable academics, remarkable art and culture representatives, and eminent politicians. Wektory 2009 - The Late Jan Wejchert, the founder and the first President of the ITI Group, was honored with a posthumous "Wektor 2009" award for "having had a creative impact on the Polish economy development , for his passion, the range and diversity of his undertakings, as well as for his authentic care for ethics and good practices in business". Wektory awards are presented to individuals contributing to the development of the social and economic environment in Poland. This is the first time that the award is being presented posthumously. Red Dot 2009 - TVN Warszawa was presented the prestigious "red dot communication design 2009" award for its on-air design. TVN Warszawa received the award in the category "tv & cinema", for its dynamic and diverse visual identity, truly representing the urban feel of Warsaw which is increasingly characterized by people moving into the city. TVN Warszawa's on-air image has been created by "Velvet Mediendesign GmbH", a German company with its seat in Munich. The "Red Dot" is an internationally recognized quality label for design excellence and the largest and most renowned design competition in the world counting around 12'000 submissions from more than 60 countries.
